Not Doing to Get Things Done

With vacations underway for many people and summer winding down, it often remains a challenge to really relax and replenish in this ever-connected, often oversubscribed lifestyles.  A real vacation can allow us to reduce the distracting minutia of our lives and focus instead on more purposeful things, in particular our relationships with others and our relationship with ourselves. Consider intentionally scheduling daily vacation time to reflect, revisit your priorities, recognize what serves you best, redirect and reenergize – so you can then serve others even better.
